家庭部門のエネルギー消費を削減する方法の一つとして、太陽光による自家発電設備を用いた創エネによりエネルギー消費を正味ゼロとするゼロエネルギー住宅があります。
住宅の断熱・気密性能を高める等で省エネを図り、ゼロエネルギーを超えるプラスエネルギーを目指した仙台市内の住宅について紹介します。
