アジア・太平洋戦争末期の昭和19年に創刊された『月刊東北』がどのような雑誌だったかについて概説します。具体的にはこの雑誌に於ける戦時下の東北表象について、さらに雑誌に掲載された小説（小品）がどのようなものだったかについてお話しします。
