川の周辺は植物が生育し、動植物の生息の場となっている一方で、洪水が氾濫すると人々の生命や財産を脅かすことになります。このような河川の整備の在り方について、ご来場の皆さんと対話しながら考えていきます。また、人の目では捉えにくい水の流れを捉える技術について紹介します。
