環境に対する意識の高まりとともに、化学物質に対する使用規制が強くなっております。環境調和溶媒の一つである超臨界流体（特に二酸化炭素）を用いることにより、環境や健康に優しい製品やプロセス開発が進んでおります。その技術の一端を紹介します。
