現在、日常生活においてテレビやパソコン、スマホに動画を含めた多くの画像が利用されています。このための電子的な表示デバイスに広く使われている液晶ディスプレイを取り上げ、その動作原理から応用技術、最新の表示について紹介するとともに、その将来像として表示を利用した未来のシステムについて講演します。
