美しい国土に向けて、2003年7月に国土交通省が｢美しい国づくり政策大綱｣を公表し、2004年6月に「景観緑三法」が成立、2005年6月に全面施行されました。本講座では、良好な景観を構築する手法のひとつとして無電柱化を取りあげ、無電柱化が景観の視覚的印象に対する効果について研究事例をもとに紹介します。
