私たちが使っているサービスやプロダクトを生み出すためには、使用者を含めさまざまな人々との協創が必要です。サービスやプロダクトを生み出す人間の一人として、どのような工夫をしているのか、またどのような経験が必要になるのか、使い手の現場・作り手の現場からの視点を踏まえ、適切に生み出すためのヒントについて話し合いたいと思います。
