日本国憲法を変えよう、という意見が強まっています。とくに政治家の声が大きくなっています。憲法をどう変えると、どうなるのでしょうか。それを考えるためには、まず、政治のなかで憲法が担っている役割をきちんと知らなければいけません。政治思想・政治理論の立場から、できるだけ基本の基本から、考えてみましょう。
