今年生誕150年を迎える夏目漱石は、19世紀から20世紀への転換期に留学先のロンドンで西欧近代の光と影を見つめ、その経験は後の作家・漱石の土台を形づくることになりました。いったい漱石はロンドンで何を見、感じ、考えたのか。漱石がロンドンから日本に送った手紙を中心に探っていきます。
