環境中に放出された放射性ヨウ素を体内に摂取すると内部被ばくを受けます。被ばくによる健康への影響が懸念されるとき安定ヨウ素剤の投与が行われます。本講座では新しく提案されたヨウ素の体内動態モデルを用いて評価した放射性ヨウ素の体内挙動と安定ヨウ素剤を投与したときの被ばく線量低減効果についてお話しします。
