デザインは個々の製品の外⾒だけではなく、顧客が企業と接点を持つあらゆる体験においてその企業が大切にしている価値や意志を一貫したメッセージとして伝えることで、顧客の心の中にブランド価値を生み出します。本講座では、某企業におけるブランディング活動の事例を通して、今日のデザインの役割を紹介します。
