\/>\n\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u306f\u516c\u76ca\u8ca1\u56e3\u6cd5\u4eba JKA\u7814\u7a76\u88dc\u52a9\u4e8b\u696d\u306a\u3069\u306e\u652f\u63f4\u3092\u53d7\u3051\u3066\u5b9f\u73fe\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u6210\u679c\u8ad6\u6587\u306fRoyal Society of Chemistry\uff08RSC\u3001\u82f1\u56fd\u738b\u7acb\u5316\u5b66\u4f1a\uff09\u304c\u520a\u884c\u3059\u308b\u56fd\u969b\u5b66\u8853\u8a8c\u300cJournal of Materials Chemistry A\u300d\u306b2026\u5e744\u670814\u65e5\u4ed8\u3067\u63b2\u8f09\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>4. \u767a\u8868\u5185\u5bb9\uff1a<br \/>\n\u2460 \u80cc\u666f<br \/>\n\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u3001\u9285\u7b94\u4e0a\u306b\u7d04500nm\u306e\u30b7\u30ea\u30b3\u30f3\u8584\u819c\u3092\u6210\u819c\u3057\u3001Li2O\u3092\u30ea\u30c1\u30a6\u30e0\u6e90\u3068\u3057\u3066ICP\u88c5\u7f6e\u5185\u3067\u51e6\u7406\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u30a2\u30eb\u30b4\u30f3\u96f0\u56f2\u6c17\u300113.56MHz\u300160W\u306e\u6761\u4ef6\u3067\u30d7\u30e9\u30ba\u30de\u3092\u751f\u6210\u3057\u3001\u57fa\u677f\u306b\u8ca0\u30d0\u30a4\u30a2\u30b9\u3092\u5370\u52a0\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u30ea\u30c1\u30a6\u30e0\u3092\u30b7\u30ea\u30b3\u30f3\u5185\u90e8\u3078\u6d78\u900f\u3055\u305b\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u305d\u306e\u7d50\u679c\u3001\u767a\u5149\u5206\u5149\u3067\u30ea\u30c1\u30a6\u30e0\u7531\u6765\u306e\u767a\u5149\u304c\u78ba\u8a8d\u3055\u308c\u3001Raman\u3001SEM\u3001XRD\u3001XPS\u306b\u3088\u308a\u30ea\u30c1\u30a6\u30e0\u30b7\u30ea\u30b5\u30a4\u30c9\u3084\u30a2\u30e2\u30eb\u30d5\u30a1\u30b9\uff0f\u591a\u7d50\u6676\u6df7\u5728\u69cb\u9020\u306e\u5f62\u6210\u304c\u88cf\u3065\u3051\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u7279\u306b\u3001\u8ca0\u30d0\u30a4\u30a2\u30b9\u3092\u5f37\u304f\u3057\u305f\u6761\u4ef6\u3067\u306f\u30ea\u30c1\u30a6\u30e0\u306e\u6d78\u900f\u304c\u9032\u307f\u3001-500V\u6761\u4ef6\u3067\u6700\u3082\u9ad8\u3044\u521d\u671f\u30af\u30fc\u30ed\u30f3\u52b9\u738798.3%\u304c\u5f97\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<br
